About Enrica Bruno

Founder

Graduated in Marketing Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Enrica brings over 8 years of experience in experiential travel and luxury hospitality. She has collaborated with renowned Tour Operators and hotels affiliated with Virtuoso, Serandipians, and Small Luxury Hotels across iconic destinations such as Puglia, Lake Como, the Portofino Coast, and Courmayeur. Enrica also led the MICE commercial and operations team at a 380-room Melià hotel in Amsterdam and has attended top industry events like Pure in Marrakesh, T-Fest in Dubai, Duco Italy, ILTM Cannes, and The Essence of Luxury in Marbella.

CEO

Graduated in Public Administration from the University of Pisa, Pierluca brings over 12 years of experience in hospitality with a strong background in economics and management. He has overseen luxury hotel openings and renovation projects exceeding €10 million, including the 5-star luxury Soleinme Resort and Granserena hotel.

Pierluca is the very definition of a pondered and strategic thinker, of silent but effective leadership. His attitude is to listen carefully before making any decision, considering each option with a technical and analytical approach.
